From practical training in specialist areas to bespoke workshops and one to one sessions, we can tailor our training or consultancy programmes to suit your particular needs.
Breeders
Take advantage of our one-day or half-day technical consultancies in areas such as genetic improvement, worm control, lameness and grazing management to help optimise the quality and productivity of your sheep flock. We offer group training for farmers and sheep breeders in practical aspects of breeding management including topics such as cervical insemination, ram soundness, genetic improvement, and faecal egg counting for worm control.
Veterinarians
Innovis veterinarians are specialists in ovine reproduction and can offer technical training packages to veterinary professions in the UK and abroad covering laparascopic insemination and embryo transfer in sheep and goats.
Companies, Universities and other Organisations
Innovis provides specialist consultancy services to companies, universities and government organisations in the UK and abroad, offering specialist expertise to support the establishment and implementation of sheep breeding programmes, archiving and preservation of sheep genetics, and various research and development programmes.
